OOH Media Plan Awards: Guidelines

OOH Media Plan Awards program honors efficient and effective out of home media plans that illustrate how best-in-class strategy, inspiring creative, thoughtful placement, and proper allocation of budgets unite to produce excellent OOH results.

Guidelines:

  • Deadline: All submissions must be received no later than September 6, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET. DEADLINE EXTENDED: September 20, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET.

  • Paid advertising campaigns launched on OOH displays between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024 are eligible.

  • Identical advertisements displayed during the previous year but entered in any prior OOH Media Plan Awards competition are ineligible.

  • The advertiser (or its agency) will have paid for media space directly to an OOH media company owning or operating the inventory. The only exception being public service advertisements which can be pro bono. PLEASE NOTE: Illegal installations or entries that do not comply with these guidelines will be declared ineligible.
