2025 Local Case Study Awards

When you are ready to start your entry submission, please click the link in the upper right, "Start Application".

●Eligible campaigns must have been posted between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.

●The campaign must have featured a purely local advertiser - no national or regional campaigns are eligible unless they were contracted locally and appeared in a single DMA market.

●Campaigns can be entered by any account executive or sales manager of an OAAA or Geopath member media company.

●The campaign must have quantifiable results (e.g., increased sales by X%, generated X number of consumer responses to the promotion, produced X% increase in traffic to the advertiser's website, generated X number of social media postings, etc.) PLEASE NOTE: Only entries with quantifiable results will be considered for judging.

●The inclusion of impressions should be as part of the Plan Detail and not in Results, as noted in the entry form.

●All submissions must be received no later than February 14, 2025, 7:00 pm ET. There will be no extensions of the deadline date.

All submissions will be evaluated on the criteria above. Those submissions that meet the criteria will be judged, then OAAA and Geopath will award winners as noted below:

●Two grand prize winners who will each receive $500 and on-stage feature at the OAAA OOH Media Conference in Boston, MA May 5 – 7, 2025 including accommodations and conference registration. The case study summaries and awards will be presented on the main stage.

● One grand prize winner will be selected from campaigns with budgets under $15K and the other will represent campaign budgets of $15K+.

●  Five additional finalist winners will each receive an award of $250.
